Bucks County Wholesale Kitchens Baths, LLC is expanding its already growing team and looking for an experienced Kitchen/Bath/Flooring Design Specialist. Our representatives provide exemplary customer service to designers, architects, developers, contractors and residential homeowners.

We supply our qualified design/sales candidates with certified leads immediately to begin building your book of business. Through creative targeted marketing campaigns, Bucks County Wholesale consistently maintains a steadily growing flow of new and repeat contractor business, strong qualified lead generation and daily walk-in traffic to the showroom.

-       Working Schedule Days/ Hours:
        Monday to Friday 10a -6pm
        - Weekend availability 11a – 5pm
          ***Working hours subject to change.
          ***Weekend and evening availability a must. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
-       Working knowledge of 20/20 computer design.
-       Prior kitchen design and industry experience.
-       Customer Service Experience.
-       Sales Experience.
-       Proven track record of closing sales.
-       Professional showroom presentation.
-       Ability to schedule appointments.
-       Provide professional guidance in steering the sales process.
-       Excellent verbal & written communication skills and attention to detail is required.
-       Proven ability to follow-up with customers for leads & quotes to maximize sales and meet sales objectives.
-       Ability to work retail showroom hours required.
-       Ability to cross-sell bathroom products and fixtures.
-       Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word a plus.
-       Manage a job from start to finish. Including measuring, designing, selling and ordering.
-       Manage your own projects.
-       Keeping up with Industry trends and products.
-       Kitchen Design Certification (CKD, CKBD or CMKBD) a plus.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
-       Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and                            present current product offers.
-       Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on daily basis.
-       Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite and in showroom.
-       Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, walk-in and cold-calling.
-       Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending/hosting departmental and            training meetings.
-       Effectively attending conferences, trade shows, online seminars, tutorials where applicable.
-       Preparing reports for sales and marketing.
-       Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
-       Providing product quotes to customers as needed.
-       Aggressively following up on business opportunities.
-       Helping customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
-       Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product.
-       Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
-       Maintaining an enthusiastic and upbeat personality.
-       Self-promote and network to local contractors, business and potential customers.
-       Maintain and continue education to achieve fluency on industry products, industry practices, design knowledge, sales                    techniques, internal sales systems (digital and logistic), product warranty information and procedure.
-       Participate in weekly refresher exercises on product knowledge, warranty information, design practices and internal                        systems and logistics.
-       Meet sales goal requirements.
-       Customer Service: field phone calls, questions, complaints, schedule consultation assist customers in store.
-       Assisting Sales and Project Manager with file organization, contact management, bid walk through preparation, calendar              maintenance, and other support as needed.
-       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining good relationships with co-                    workers.
-       Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively              with managers and employees at all levels.
-       Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, exercise good judgment, and seek additional information as appropriate.
-       Run pre-service meetings, for contracts including labor, with client, sales representative and foreman for service work prior          to start of job to confirm all discussions and contractually agreed upon scope of work.
-       Customer follow-up for Quality, satisfaction, progress and final/referral.
-       Job site presence: being present and visible during labor inclusive contracts, managing customer satisfaction, concerns,              requests, changes in scope and needs of field team on a daily or every other day basis.
-       Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding the best products that fit the customer’s expectations.
